Is it worthwhile to invest in real estate rental properties outside US for cashflow? ?

If suppose I invest in India for a few years and then would like to cash out, would it be easy to transfer that money to US?

If you can show that you money is legal gain, I do not see a problem.
Personnaly, Brazil is best.
