The Faster Quicker Method To Make Money This Year

by Alexander Kitingan

Every business I've been able to conduct the Business Matrix Diagnosis for has had at least one area in which they have not realized there are opportunities to increase their profits.

There's a sickness amongst business owners where they get stuck 'working in the business' and as a result can only see through one dimension. Their ability to make better decision suffers. They end up doing exactly the same things as others in their industry are doing. It's as if the market can only be baited by one identical way. Strategically this is not the way to go.

In doing this, the business owner is inadvertently limiting the success that she could be enjoying. The playing field becomes one where you are only competing on efficiency and from the thousands of business case studies which I've observed, it is not enough. Business owners have to step out of the 'industry sandbox' and seek much more innovative ways to create numerous channels of profit.

It is of utmost importance to me to emphasize that this year, among all years, can still be one where profits grow. Step aside and look at your business not merely from the vantage point of the 'industry sandbox' but from all angles.

The quickest manner in which to increase your takings this year is to be more strategic. By being more strategic means to take a more evolutionary approach. Go further than the normal linear growth trends in your business. If you've been tactical, it means that you have to change the nature of the way you do business. Answer this question: "How many more ways can your business strategically grow profits and evolve?" Your answer will reveal some of the quickest ways you can make more money this year.

If you are a serious business owner, I have a way for you to do exactly that. Jump out of the 'industry sandbox' and take off the 'industry blinders'. But if you are in any way still dangerously stuck in the 'instant gratification' mindset which ails all entrepreneurs who want to improve but can't, then realistically this will not work for you. This is a 30 year old process that has been proven to work for thousands of clients with its 8 billion dollar profit track record. And yet, it will not work for 'tire-kicker' business owners who are not serious about taking action and following through. But if you understand that business success is a process and that it takes committed action, then this can work.

I'm not sure how much longer I can offer this, but for those of you who are a perfectly fit the 'serious entrepreneur' profile, you can take a complimentary session of the Business Matrix Diagnosis. Get the advantage of what could be huge and refreshing new vantage points outside of the 'industry sandbox and blinders'. A strategic and evolutionary approach could reveal the key profit making points in your business this year.

Do You Own A Small Business? Three Ways To Improve Your Cash Flow Today!

A lack of cash is the number one killer of small businesses and the statement "turnover is vanity, profit is sanity, but cash is reality," has never been more true than it is today. That's because in a really tough economy, customers will pay you even more slowly and suppliers will want you to pay them more quickly.

These guidelines have really assisted our clients and has seen them achieve hugely improved cash flow in just a few months. By following these steps, your business will be able to cope with the tough economic times and you'll have all the processes in place to be one step ahead of your competitors when the economy starts to improve.

1. Do some background checks on any new customer. It's too easy to do some work for a new client, only to find out that they can't actually afford to pay you. Most companies only find out that a customer is a bad payer when it's much too late. Make as many checks up front as you can and ask for a deposit if you are in any doubt.

2. Be proactive about credit control - Too many companies find out too late that a client can't or won't pay. Be proactive and check with the client that the have received the invoice and they have no issues. Then chase a week before the due date to confirm when payment will be received.

3. Keep cash flow forecast current so you know your company's financial position at any given time. You don't need expensive software, just a simple spreadsheet where you can list all expected income from sales etc and and then all outgoings that you'll need to make over the next 12 months like salarys, rent, PAYE etc.

Our clients have definitely found this advice invaluable, and I believe you will too.

Stress Management Tips With Regards Finances

Worrying about money is especially true for people who are self-employed. They worry about what might happen if business becomes slow and fear that they will not be able to pay their mortgage etc. Most businesses go through peaks and troughs and it is of course during the lean times when people start to stress, this has certainly been the cases with my many businesses, especially the one where I offer a web promotion service. Even though the peaks are possibly just around the corner it becomes very hard to positive.

In this situation I would advise people who are self-employed to build up a financial safety net. I do this myself in respect to my stuttering therapy and cheap hotel deals businesses; during the times when the stuttering treatment is very popular I put some money aside; basically money can be saved when we are having a good period and can then be spent when things are not going so well. How will I pay for the mortgage if business falls? Answer, you have enough cash saved up therefore there is no need to stress, everything will be OK.

The periods when business is slow can be used to re-charge the batteries and can also be used to think up fresh ideas, of the direction you want the business to go in.

For all people it is important to know how much money is likely to be coming in per month and how much money is likely to be going out. In business this is not all that easy to do, however in family life it should not be too difficult to predict.

If the amount that is seemingly going out is more than what is likely to be coming in, we then need to look at what we are spending. This next idea might seem a little sad but can actually be quite fun. I would advise people to keep a record during one month, of everything they spend. It is not as hard as it may sound and will give you an insight on how much money you actually waste.

For example, how many people are members of a gym, but never actually go there? Do you know how much cash you spend each month on take-out food? Do you always need to use the car, is it not possible to walk a little more often, therefore saving on petrol costs? How much money do you spend on cigarettes? Do you really need the latest flat screen television?

How To Succeed In Online Business

The key to successful Internet selling is to follow a precise strategy.

Selling online goes much faster if you take advice from other website owners who already have thriving ecommerce businesses. Alsomost certainly the first thing that they will tell you is that  to be successful, you have to do some research. Remember, there are many online businesses that have gone before you and have already laid out the strategy for profitable ecommerce. This includes companies like Amazon.com and EBay. Doing some research on how these companies have not only pioneered ecommerce, but have also became leaders in the industry will definitely give you insight into making a profit on the Internet.

The right website design will give you an advantage.

Choosing a website design that will sell products involves a lot of decision making. If you want to make sales, you have about ten seconds to capture the attention of a viewer and turn them into a loyal customer. Many people think that Flash designs will help sell a product, but modern consumers are too savvy for that sales tactic. Currently, people who are willing to buy want to see clear graphics and an easy to navigate website.

An easy to navigate website will make people want to buy.

Internet selling has changed in the past few years. It isn’t the case anymore that you can hard-sell to anyone. With the popularity of the Internet, the consumer will pick you, and not the other way around. This is why it is so important to make your site navigable. Once again, you can refer to a site like Amazon.com to see how easy it to buy; that is why they are so successful.

Make sure that your web hosting company can accommodate your traffic.

The number one reason for lost sales is that a web hosting company is ‘down’. With 99.9 percent uptime, most web hosting companies are really on top of things. The problem  is that potential merchants don’t understand the difference between shared hosting, virtual hosting, and dedicated hosting. When you start an ecommerce business , you really have to be sure that you have enough disk space and data transfer per month to run your website.

A well-known merchant account helps customers to purchase right away.

Along with disk space and data transfer, you will also have to have a secure payment system. PayPal is the easiest way to accept payments, and is included in most inexpensive web hosting plans. However, you can accept most major credit cards if you have three things. This includes a merchant account, a payment gateway, and a shopping cart. These are the three technical aspects of selling online that will give you an edge over other merchants.

To inspire confidence in your customers, have your ‘contact us’ information displayed prominently.

The final reason that someone may purchase your product lies in the fact that they can contact you after the sale. Regardless of whether  it is through a toll free number or an email, make sure that it is displayed prominently  and easily accessible for your customers. This gives confidence to buyers, which in turn produces more sales.

It also helps to post a return policy, so that everyone is clear on how to return merchandise that, for whatever reason, may not have worked out. Many merchants shy away from spelling things out, but in the long run, a business is much more profitable when there is way to get a hold of the merchant and resolve any unforeseen issues. Remember that PayPal, Visa, and others like Worldpay will have regulations that will not tolerate merchants who charge their customers and then do not honor their commitments.

Offshore outsourcing India

Offshore Outsourced received greater territory in the recent past. Now more and more people are opting to outsource their business needs. We all know how outsourcing, if done in the proper way, can prove to be profitable. India is one of the countries in which offshore outsourcing is gradually developing. Their prices can easily be afforded, and they do complete your tasks. Companies give some services or products. These products must be manufactured, services must be delivered professionally.

The production costs are always too much, at times, asking for heavy investments. Certainly, if your costs are high, your prices will also be high. You cannot have high prices, because in such scenario competitors with reduce prices will take away your customers. So what to do in such a situation? Normally, you must find a method to bring down your production costs. In certain instances, this can be done by technology, purchasing professional machines and hiring trained workers, but this professionalism has its own limits, because it needs more money than “normal” services. What will you do if you find it tough to pay more money for technology and remuneration?

You should take up offshore business process outsourced. What does that involve? It just shows that you are going to allot your business processes to a third-party individual or company, depending on your case. These third-party workers are from a separate country than yours. This is the reason why remuneration and communication are so remarkable. If there is no remarkable remuneration difference, then you should not go in for outsourcing. Also, when outsourcing, work progress must be easily communicated via Internet or phone. Phone is, at times, out of the question. This is the reason why people rather use Skype. India is one among the most popular offshore outsourcing destinations. Indians treasure much labor force, and it is not tough to afford their prices. Why pay more, when same task can be done for less amount of money in India?

How would you know whether your work is done or not? How do you know there is no trick? Well, you can know if you properly use contracts. Know that, legally binding papers can obligate all to do what that specific paper mentions to be completed. In other instances, if someone endeavors to trick you out, laws will aid you, and you cannot be tricked out. This is why some criticism is focused on safety, but safety only becomes a problem when you do not really know what you are doing. Normally, we would never work without being guaranteed by a legally binding paper.

By using India offshore development, you will possibly be able to save a lot of time, energy and money. This is necessary in any business, you must always have time to highlight on the core of your business, and possess more money to be able to acquire more and more, and probably to invest in further development.
