What should I consider when selling notes?

Answered By Charly Applegate, Editor

Before selling your notes, you must consider important and vital things such as current interest rate environment, the length of the remaining term, and others. For instance, if you funded a certain real estate several years ago when the interest rates were very much higher compared to what they are now, expect that your note could be worth more.
